Thomas seeks to foster self-awareness, autonomy, and hope in clients as they manage their current/past life experiences, while also considering future personal and professional goals.
Thomas specializes in individual counseling for Emerging Adult Populations, specifically Athletic/Performance populations, as they navigate the challenges of life transitions, culture-related identity issues, and social expectations. He is dedicated to helping clients cope with a multitude of mental health issues from various cultural populations. These include managing relational, behavioral, and identity related challenges, improving problematic communication/thought patterns, and coping with symptoms of generalized anxiety, depression, mood disorders and/ or adjustment disorders. His experiences as a second-generation Indian-American male strengthened his desire to help other emerging adults achieve their professional and personal goals within the bounds of their cultural and social environment.
