In many circles it is said that a person must reach “bottom” before asking for help. An intervention is a loving alternative for friends and family looking to help a loved one come back from the depths of despair. The overall objective of an intervention is to begin to relieve the suffering caused by self-destructive behavior. This is an opportunity to save the life of someone who is unable to advocate for themselves.
