Natalya Kashian
Natalya Kashian is a counseling intern at Millennium Counseling Center and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Wake Forest University. Her work is shaped by a diverse background as a world-touring performer, EMT, and creative entrepreneur — experiences that inform her understanding of identity, resilience, and personal transformation.
She takes a warm, collaborative approach rooted in real-life experience. Her clinical interests include anxiety, ADHD, complex trauma, identity development, and relational dynamics. She brings curiosity, care, and flexibility to the therapeutic process, creating space for clients to uncover what’s beneath the surface and what’s asking to evolve.
Natalya is especially interested in supporting individuals navigating authenticity, nontraditional paths, or intersections of identity that don’t always fit into neat boxes. Her lived experience as a cancer survivor, neurodivergent person, and someone familiar with marginalization contributes to her attunement to the complexities of healing.
She offers affordable, high-quality therapy as part of her clinical training, with close supervision from licensed professionals. This setting provides thoughtful, affirming care for those seeking support during times of transition, uncertainty, or growth.
“Purpose crosses disciplines. Purpose is an essential element of you. It is the reason you are on the planet at this particular time in history. Your very existence is wrapped up in the things you are here to fulfill.” – Chadwick Boseman
