LPC ~ Primary Counselor
Natalie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is working to obtain her Certified Mental Performance Consultant License(CMPC). She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has her Master’s degree in Counseling – Specializing in Sport and Health Psychology.
Natalie found her passion for sports at a young age and began to compete at age 10 through the Illinois Junior Golf Association. Throughout her career, she participated in the Junior Solheim Cup in 2009 and graduated high school with All-Area Golf Honors. Natalie continued her competitive career at Carthage College, where she recognized the importance of maintaining positive mental health in order to reach peak performance. After graduating with her Master’s degree from Adler University, Natalie has dedicated her time to help athletes become the best they can be both on and off the field.
Natalie has had the opportunity to work with different colleges to provide athletes with sport consulting services. Natalie believes that mental health can have an impact on overall performance. She encourages athletes to address challenges while providing them with the tools needed to become successful in competition. Natalie works from a holistic approach and encourages the client to set goals to be successful in life. She believes when you feel like giving up, remember why you started.
