Jessica Kingsdale

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach that is relational, trauma-informed, and client-centered. Jessica strives to build a safe, empathic, and collaborative relationship with each of her clients. She provides a healthy environment in which clients can heal from traumatic wounds, build self-awareness, and move forward with resilience and hope.

Jessica specializes in supporting clients who identify as LGBTQIA+ and is committed to gender-affirming practice. She also enjoys working with emerging adults as they navigate through the unique challenges of early adulthood. Above all, she approaches every single client with genuine curiosity, acceptance, and respect.
